                    Jennifer Wilson, Mortgage Consultant/Manager

Jennifer Wilson has built her business based solely on taking great care of each and every client. Educating borrowers about the loan process and their financing options is one way she is able to help clients feel informed, confident and in good hands. By building personal relationships with her clients, she is able to give professional advice that is specific to each client’s particular situation, whether they’re a first time homebuyer or a seasoned investor.

Through the Housing Opportunity Committee of the Solano Association of Realtors, Jennifer is involved in examining and addressing affordability issues for homebuyers in our area. She is working with this committee to develop new homebuyer assistance programs as well as a formal training program for realtors on how to best assist clients with the affordability question. She also volunteers as a Homebuyer Education teacher at Vallejo Neighborhood Housing Services and is a resource for information about the many local down payment and closing cost assistance programs.

While the bulk of her business is working with 100% financing and first time homebuyers, she is also very knowledgeable about investment property financing, sub-prime loans, and commercial lending – as well as all the basic purchase and refinance home loans

Jennifer is a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, The California Association of Realtors and the Solano Association of Realtors.

Kathy Hume, Senior Loan Consultant

Kathy Hume is a third generation Realtor. Both Father and Grandfather sold real estate in California.  She first worked in Santa Monica, California in the late 70’s. Over the years Kathy has sold investment property, land and many homes. In 1993 Kathy moved to Vallejo and made the shift to helping clients obtain real estate loans.

Kathy’s many years of experience as a Realtor give her an edge in helping today’s investor and home buyer to achieve their goals of real estate ownership. The number of loan products available to property buyers at this time in history is phenomenal --and can be confusing. Each product has positives and negatives.  Kathy can help clients to determine what mortgage best suits their situation.

Kathy also offers reverse mortgages for homeowners aged 62 or older.  Reverse mortgages can provide seniors with a way to use their accumulated home equity to help them remain in their home without large monthly payments.  The funds can be used for many purposes and loan proceeds are not considered taxable income.  If you know of a senior homeowner who could use some extra cash, give Kathy a call!
